This information is hugely important for understanding the messages and offers you can use in your marketing campaigns. It also helps effectively target your online marketing to ensure you get the best possible return-on-investment from your marketing spend.

WHAT WE NEED...

In order to complete your Member Hotspot & Profile Report we will need a full list of your current member’s home postcodes. (Please note: we do not need, or want, due to GDPR, the full names and addresses of your members.) Simply, a one column Excel or CSV file containing full postcode (e.g. KT15 3SB). N.B. Partial postcodes are unusable for this report.

NEXT STEPS...

2. Once you have your current customer postcode list, please email it to the address provided and we will double-check all is well (90% of lists provided are absolutely fine).

3. We’ll confirm the list is workable and ask for payment to be made online via our secure site.
