In order to complete your Member Hotspot Report we will need a full list of your current member’s home postcodes. (Please note: we do not need, or want, due to GDPR, the full names and addresses of your members.) Simply, a one column Excel or CSV file containing full postcode (e.g. KT15 3SB). N.B. Partial postcodes are unusable for this report.

NEXT STEPS…

1. Please complete the below online form to register your interest and we’ll respond with details of what we need from you.

2. Once you have your current customer postcode list, please email it to the address provided and we will double-check all is well (90% of lists provided are absolutely fine).

3. We’ll confirm the list is workable and ask for payment to be made online via our secure site.

4. Once payment is received your report will be compiled and emailed to you within 5 working days.
