INDEPENDENT GYM AIMS TO GO BIGGER AND BETTER IN SUPPORT OF INDEPENDENT FITNESS FACILITIES
It’s been a busy start to 2024 at Independent Gyms, the new year has brought a huge amount of excitement and enthusiasm as we once again aim to go bigger and better in our support of independent fitness facilities.
Whilst we are just a few weeks into our partner renewal program, we are proud to confirm over 85% of our existing partners have already committed for 2024 and the remainder are just a signature away from locking in for another year. Alongside our renewed partnerships, we are also attracting the attention of many of the industry’s leading brands keen to support our members, with the addition of Precor, Matrix Fitness, Epassi and SECA joining as partners and exhibiting at our rapidly growing events.
This year, our infamous Independent Gym Owners Conferences return to Solihull on Thursday 4th July and Thursday 28th November. Growing in popularity each and every time, these conferences have become a permanent feature on the UK fitness industry events calendar, providing independent facility operators the opportunity to network with fellow owners, suppliers and industry friends in a fun, relaxed environment, followed by our now iconic socials too. This year is already shaping up to be our best events yet!
Alongside the work we do with our partners, we are extremely excited to be working closely with the team at Leisure DB, with a number of joint initiatives aimed at supporting both independent operators and the famous State of the Industry Report research completed each year by Leisure DB.
The Independent Gyms platform brings together more than 75% of the independent facilities across the UK & Ireland – a number that increases month on month. We are dedicated to supporting independent fitness facilities and excited for what 2024 will bring.
